Una volta saliti sul treno, gli agenti si registrano su una App per segnalare al capotreno la loro presenza a bordo. In caso di necessità il capotreno potrà così inviare loro, attraverso un click, una richiesta di intervento e avvalersi di un supporto delle forze dell’ordine per contrastare eventuali reati. Trenitalia, insieme a Regione Puglia, monitorerà nei prossimi mesi l’efficacia del modello che sarà attivo dal prossimo febbraio.
“Non un privilegio, ma un servizio che le forze dell’ordine si impegnano a garantire nei casi in cui occorrerà“, ha dichiarato l’assessore Giannini.
